I ordered my sunglasses straight from Gentle Monster because I didn’t want to deal with worrying about fakes from random sites. They arrived with the proper packaging, case, and all the little details looked legit. Shipping was fine too. the extra stress of trying to save a few bucks elsewhere felt unnecessary, so I’m happy I just went with the official store for the peace of mind

It looked a bit weird once I got it. I was expecting it to look nicer based on the photos, so there was a bit of a gap between what I had in mind and how it actually turned out...

I tried shopping on my phone and it was annoying. The site was slow, pages kept jumping around while I was trying to tap things, and checkout only worked after messing with it for a bit. I expected it to be smoother. I also never got any follow-up after mentioning the issue, which made it feel like nobody really cared

The virtual try-on looked close enough, but when the glasses arrived, the size felt a little off. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite as accurate as I’d hoped

For my setup, these have been great. I’m not getting any annoying glare, the view stays clear and sharp, and my eyes feel comfortable even after using them for a while.

I had a few questions about sizing, but the answers were kind of short and not very helpful. Checkout also took way longer than I expected, especially since the store didn’t seem busy. The frames were nice, so I guess that’s something, but the whole visit felt cold and awkward. I’m not sure I’d go back.

The order did go through, so it worked out, but I expected a smoother checkout from a site like this.

The color and shape ended up being really close to what was shown online. The close-up pictures were helpful, and when they arrived, there weren’t any weird surprises, which I appreciated.
The only small thing is that the lenses looked a little darker on the site than they do in person. Still, I’m happy with them overall and would probably shop here again.

I was excited for the collab release, but it was a mess. They made it sound like everyone would have a fair shot if you were ready on time, but the second it went live, everything was already sold out. I barely even had a chance to click anything. It’s frustrating when the whole promise doesn’t match what actually happens

Shipping did take a little longer than I thought it would, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, even though everything else was basically fine. Overall, the order went smoothly and I felt like I knew what I was paying

I’m happy with the fit. It feels really comfy and easy to wear, which is always a nice little win.

I was trying to shop on gentlemonster.com and honestly... it just got frustrating quickly. The pages were loading kind of weird, the filters didn’t really work the way I expected, and whenever I was browsing I kept getting jumped back to the top, which is so annoying when you’re trying to compare stuff. Checkout on my phone felt a bit clunky too. The products look nice, sure, but the website makes the whole thing feel harder than it should be.

I’ve always kind of liked Gentle Monster because their glasses just have that different look, not like the usual stuff you see everywhere. The site was smooth to use too, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig around forever to find things.

The prices are definitely not cheap, but you can tell the designs feel more premium and unique. That part made it feel worth it to me, so I’d probably order from them again.

The quality seems good so far. I just kind of wish the case felt a little nicer, but other than that it’s fine.
